Whole Child development: We value, protect and nurture the child’s academic, physical, creative, moral and spiritual growth hence grooming social and cultured children with academic excellence and an innate sense of curiosity, discovery, wonder, and appreciation of the world.

Compassion:  At DIMS we provide a safe environment complete with loving and caring professionals. Our mixed age group model promotes the 'Big sister/brother" spirit where the older children learn to take care and look out for the young ones and the little ones learn to respect and look up to the older ones. We also encourage and teach our students to be compassionate to those who are less privileged / fortunate than them and to share.

Partnership: We believe childhood is the best time in life to develop strength of character, passion for life, and compassion for ourselves and for others. This character building and education in general is a responsibility of the teachers, parents and the society we live in, that is why at DIMS we value partnership with our parents so dearly.
